Joseph
A. Neuberger Mr. Neuberger
has extensive trial experience. Mr. Neuberger has defended
well over 200 driving-related offences, including impaired
driving, over 80, refuse breath sample and dangerous
driving. Mr. Neuberger has also successfully conducted
numerous jury trials and possesses a unique and innate
ability to persuasively address juries and jurists
on serious criminal matters. Mr.
Neuberger is often retained by various government
agencies such as the Ministry of the Attorney
General, Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional
Services, and the OPP in order to provide experienced
legal consultation and advocacy. Mr.
Neuberger has a client-centred approach with full
involvement of the client and defence withnesses
in the development and advancement of the defence

David S.
Rose Mr.
Rose's practice is dedicated to the defence of criminal
charges. Mr. Rose regularly appears before inquests and
public inquiries and frequently at trials and appeal
in the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court,
and Ontario Court of Justice, as well as Coroner’s
Court. Mr. Rose has extensive
experience defending drinking and driving related offences,
dangerous driving offences and complex highway traffic
act offences that resulted in dealth or serious injury
to other persons. Mr.
Rose enjoys writing about Criminal Law, and is the author
of numerous articles, and books: Snow's Annotated Criminal Code (updated 8 times annually),
The
Law of Traffic Offences (1998), and DNA – A Practical Guide. Mr.
Rose is a member of the Examinations Committee of the
Bar Admission Course (Criminal Procedure) of the Law
